DCRJ's MOVIE REVIEWS: PINEAPPLE EXPRESS (2008)

PINEAPPLE EXPRESS (2008). A Buddy comedy about two friends (Seth Rogen 'The Green Hornet' and James Franco 'Harry Osborne of Spider-man') who loves to smoke weeds and got involved with the meanest thugs of drug dealers. Male bonding blended with blood and gore doesn't mixed well with comedy. Sometimes the absurdity of the film is hilarious if the dialogue is written by funny man Seth Rogen. No wonder Seth Rogen got to do The Green Hornet in a ridiculous fashion. It's just now that I saw this 2008 film via DVD from my favorite muslim vendor who sells pirated DVDs encased in this handsome metallic casing. My ratings: 3 out of 5 Biscuits !
